Lymphoepithelial cyst

There is a heterogeneous population of lymphatic cells in the background of homogeneous cystic fluid. The cyst may be covered by squamous epithelium. The cytology of the AIDS-related lymphoepithelial cyst is the same, but you must be aware of the presence of high virus content of the fluid in these cases (large amount of infectious viral particles).
