A goup of cells reminiscent of a follicle but lacking colloid. The nuclei have irregular outlines and chromatin pattern; the N/C ratio is high. These features and the overall cellularity suggested a follicular neoplasm with suspicious features. Histology classified it as an insular carcinoma.
